Do I need an account to buy?

No. Guest checkout is supported. You can create or sign in to an account when you want saved details or repeat order support.

When do I choose pickup or delivery?

Choose pickup or delivery in the cart or checkout flow. Pickup orders do not need a delivery address; delivery orders need location and access details.

Can delivery change after checkout?

Some long, heavy or mixed orders need a delivery check. Buildry confirms delivery before final payment or dispatch where a check is required.

Can I return cut-to-length timber?

Custom orders, cut-to-length timber and special-order items are not returnable for change of mind, but Australian Consumer Law rights still apply.
