Pricing and GST

Storefront prices should help customers plan building-material orders before final checkout or quote approval.

  • Displayed prices are GST-inclusive unless a product or quote clearly states otherwise.
  • Final pricing, pack sizes, lengths and availability are confirmed during checkout or a quote.
  • Large or mixed carts may be sent for a quote before final pricing and pickup or delivery details are confirmed.

Collection timing

Pickup orders may need stock checks, staging time and collection notes before the customer arrives.

  • Pickup timing should be confirmed after stock, payment status and warehouse handling notes are checked.
  • Customers should bring suitable vehicles, tie-downs and collection details for long or heavy materials.
  • Some items may require staff-assisted loading or a staged collection window.

Delivery and bulky goods

Delivery planning, flatbed delivery transport and bulky goods handling depend on material size, weight and site access.

  • Delivery areas, fees and timing are confirmed before final order confirmation.
  • Long lengths, heavy packs, sleepers, boards and mixed loads may require manual delivery support.
  • Customers should provide driveway, unloading, access, crane-truck delivery or hand-unload notes where relevant.

Quotes and trade supply

quote request tools support larger quantities, repeat jobs and checked supply planning.

  • Quote requests are not final orders until pricing, substitutions, availability and delivery or pickup notes are confirmed.
  • Trade account enquiries may include business details, project notes, common material categories and contact preferences.
  • Repeated project lists should still be checked against current site measurements and material requirements.

Returns, changes and cancellations

Returns and order changes can depend on product type, order stage and supplier handling requirements.

  • You may cancel or change an order before it has been staged for dispatch.
  • For stocked items in original condition, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Custom orders, cut-to-length timber, and special-order items are non-returnable.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of returned stock being received and verified at our pickup warehouse.
  • For major failures under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund. For minor failures, we will repair or replace the item.
  • Contact our trade support team before returning any materials.

Product pages help customers compare materials but should not replace project checks or final supplier data.

  • Colours, grain, texture and finish can vary between batches, screens, lighting and natural material conditions.
  • Check dimensions, coverage and accessory quantities against the product specification and project plan.
  • Images and descriptions are provided to help compare products; Confirm critical specifications before checkout or pickup.
